Job Bucket List #1

I sometimes find myself getting curious about the lives of people working on certain jobs, and I think I wanna experience a day or two in the lives of these people. I wanna explore the world that revolves around them, and the world to where their jobs stretch out to.

For this job bucket list, I am listing the jobs I want to experience because I am very very curious about the nature of their jobs and the working environment they have. Here are those jobs:

1. Lounge singer/musician
I find it interesting to be "the song playing in the background". These people give color and bubbles to the evening of the people in the hotels/restaurants, but we don't really know who they are, and how they feel to be the ones being both in the stage and the background.

2. Theater Maintenance Crew
What I mean in this crew are the janitors, sound technicians, and all those responsible for the technical and facility stuff. I really want to experience their jobs as much as I want to be a stage actress, especially when the auditorium is huge enough to house thousands of people, ugh I can imagine the adrenaline rush of preparing the stage. The part when all the stage actors/actresses/directors leave the rest to you while they focus on their jobs ha! I really find this job amusing.

3. Mailman/Messenger
I have this curiosity for the how-to's in life. Ever since ever, I have always been curious how my letter would go to a person who's overseas. And as I grow up, I have this curiosity of how packages are being carried from a place to a place. For me, being a mailman is a very important job. Being a mailman is like being a bridge! This person is with high hopes of being able to "say" whatever it was he/she wants to "say", and he/she can't do it without you! And this other person on the other side of the road cannot "hear" whatever's gonna be said if you won't be able to do your job well. Cheers!

4. Bungee Jumping Assistant (or whatever they're called)
It isssss really thrilling to be bungee jumping (I mean: by just looking at it), and it feels really fantstic-horrible-amazing-scary-a lot to be doing this outdoor activity. But what if you're the man in charge of the ropes?! You are the "Kuya" to whom these people who are looking for a thrill in their boring lives entrust their all with. Just imagining it kills me. I mean being there-- at the top! And you?! You're going to be there all day, sending person to person to the one-time adventure of their lives. Shocks, I give you a thousand and one salutes. And you, you're supposed to be a lot like the psychologist calming the first-timers that "Ok lang yan. It's gonna be alright" or you're going to assure them "Safe 'yan!", and you're going to wear that smile you've been giving everyone who passes your limbo. Wow. Haha obviously, I'm a little terrified of heights but I'm really curious how it's like to be these people! Are they always assured that the ropes are fine? Or did they just have those lines practiced? Really interesting job.

(via)

Hehe, I'll never stop getting curious about the lives of these people until I get to experience some time in their shoes. I guess when I'm them, my life wouldn't sound as mysterious and as thrilling as how I am addressing these jobs right now, but duh, who gets curious about the life of a nongraduating college student who spends hours on the internet writing and reading stuff? Oh well, this may be the very thoughts these men I look forward to become for some time may also be thinking, too. "Who gets interested in this ol' little job o'mine?" Hmm, they must know that this nongraduating college student who spends hours on the internet writing and reading stuff izz very, very curious. Hehe, geeee, someone from this list lend me a day in their lives!

Preparing for the Christmas Season

Fa la la la la lalalala

Hooray for the holidays! Yipeeee, me is happy.

I adore the holidays. For me, it is such an awesome time of the year. Why?

-Well, for one, I/we get to rest in the middle of a semester, and the illusion that we've tricked the semestral calendar (to become shorter) works for me.
-I also love the feeling that almost everyone I know is getting fired up for the Christmas and New Year holidays.
-And though we've never had a chimney at home, I always have this picture in my head--of a couch by a chimney with a family reading by it (Little Women style). Meaning, I always imagined this time of the year as the time when we cozy up and rest from the demands of our world.

(via)

Anyway, I am an enthusiast for planners/todo-lists/to-buy's/& stuff same (note: I just love doing/writing them, not always able to do what's on the lists). And I have big plans for this coming Christmas break, and here's how I'm preparing for it:

1. (Never-ending) Christmas list (of people I'm gifting to & their gifts)
I love giving gifts! Yes, I do. But, I haven't been always able to give gifts religiously esp when budget doesn't allow it. Here's the catch: Yearly, I write a list of people to give gifts to (regardless if I'm able to give or buy the gifts). Haha.
For this year, I decided to give people personalized items! Haha and I'm afraid they'll get frustrated if I won't be able to do it right, but I'm still pushing to create these crafts. It'll take so much of my time, but I'd still love to do it.

2. Christmas playlist
What's Christmas without its season's music? I remember when I was younger, my Dad would always buy the latest Christmas albums so we'll play the latest Christmas grooves (and I have to admit that these are really um weird (?) novelty Christmas songs), and it wasn't until I was already able to download and create playlists that we stopped playing the last album my Dad bought. Haha, so it's been a lot of years that we're stuck with the 2004 Christmas trends. Anyway, the last years, I played my fave bands' versions of Christmas songs, and the older people didn't like it, so for this year, I downloaded classical Christmas songs, ugh and it's really lovely.

3. Films for the break
Ok, of course, it's gonna be some time off from the busy world, so it's movie marathon time. I just dunno if my family would be so glad with the films I chose to prepare (download) for the season, because they're all classics. I thought that it would be really charming and cozy to have classical films on while we're slicing the hamon de bola (either that or Christmas songs on). Hehe, esp that I am collecting classic films of classic novels. Hmmm exciting!

4. Personal Wishlist
I quite love myself a lot, chos, haha. Nope, lately, I haven't given myself presents for the Christmas, hahaha, I think it's important to save some for myself, too. So, I listed my "surprises" to myself. Er. My wishlist for myself consists simple requests, and I'm excited to have them all. Waha. My #1 wish: CRAFT BOX w/ craft materials in it (ehem, friends, who'll get to read this, you prolly can help me a lil with this, ehem) Oh well, I really need to give myself this soon, so I can start creating my gifts to other people.

5. Christmas reads
I haven't listed my Christmas reads yet, but I really wanna read a lot for the break. I want to feel the season with what I am gonna read, and I'm planning to read Christmas-themed novels or just happy reads if they won't be about Christmas. Actually, I'm planning to pick A Christmas Carol by Dickens up, whew, it's always been in my to-read list, I hope I can get started with it soon!

(via)

6. Christmas Eve programme
I'm quite the planner and organizer in the family, and I plan to have a plan for our Christmas eve. Yearly, it's always waking up at 12mn and eating and exchanging gifts, and some talent show if we're with our relatives. This year, I've heard it's going to be just us sibs and mom, and so, I'm thinking of creating a mini-party for us. And it wouldn't hurt if we do it the classic way. Hahaha

7. Christmas shopping
I think we're going to miss a real lot if we forget or didn't care to shop during for this season. This is the activity we're gonna be sharing with millions of people, bumping against other humans in the malls, and buying and window shopping nice items-- I think it's valuable for all its worth. Ha. My family already cancelled our supposed-to-be first Christmas shopping because I'm sick this weekend. I wish to get well by next week, so we can already start the "shopping" next weekend. Shopping sure sounds luxurious, but it doesn't need be. Hehe, especially if there's Divisoria! :) Ain't Christmas shopping more fun in the Philippines?

(via)
These photos make DV look a lot like a pain when it comes to shopping, but for those who haven't tried shopping in this kind of crowd yet, ha, you should try it. It is really fun. Tiring, yes, but there's some kind of Christmas-y fulfillment in it. :)

8.  Christmas decorations
We haven't decorated our home ever since we started spending our Christmas breaks in Pangasinan (since we do the decorating there), but for this year, that we have a rough plan of spending it here in Manila, I hope we can, at least, put some decors on. For me, decorations shouldn't be too annoying and flashy, I prefer the simple yet sweet feels of Christmas decors around the home. Hehe.

(via)

Really giddy about it. Of course, I am, because I am lady ehehehem. A lady must want this season very much LOL JK.

What's important though aren't the items nor the parties nor the foods, what's always been important for this season is to know its essence-- the real reason why we're all called to celebrate this awesome.

(Playing while writing this post: Classical Christmas music)

Happy holidays!

The Book Thief GR review

The Book ThiefThe Book Thief by Markus Zusak
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I can see this book decorated with old lanterns filled with orange-yellowish lights flickering in the dark with smokes and bombs in the background. The story was so beautifully and honestly woven, rightfully narrated by Death. It's a very inspiring tale of a young girl who journeyed to survive poverty, war, and death.

Reading it brought me to Germany. It was an awesome painful adventure for me, and Zusak did well by writing it in a very honest way. He needn't put the story in a dramatic and melancholic way, he just told a story, actually, the way he said his tale, for me it was very factual . To make us understand what was happening, he didn't have to make his statements flowery, dark nor dramatic, it was just being honest. The theme of the story was enough to tug the people's heartstrings, imagine the weight of the story within the theme.

It's so lovely that "Words" played a very special part in the lives of the people there. How Zusak made us realize that it was all because of "words" that this story started, he meant the whole thing, starting with Hitler's domination over the people.

TO have a story narrated by Death is highly special for me. For what didn't Death see? Death is among those who could be in the omniscient point of view, and it was poetic how "he" viewed things, and paradoxical how he saw himself in relation to humans.

Liesel Meminger is the protagonist who didn't have to be sweet and gentle-spoken to be loved. We are a lot like her. We value many people, we have pasts that haunt us, we have failures, and stuff same. I can barely believe what she went through after all. I liked the way she loved the people she loves. I sometimes hated her impulsiveness, but then, she showed the imperfections we all have. All the characters in the book also played special and unforgettable roles in the novel.

Zusak was wise enough to win us by choosing a wonderful and sensitive theme for his narration. Superb.

Lizzy and I

(via)

Pride and Prejudice was written ages ago (200 years ago this year), but it is not surprising to see a lot of Lizzy Bennets still walking around-- waiting for their Darcys. Well, the sad thing is the number of Darcys cannot compensate for the number of Lizzys waiting. This just breaks my heart. Are all the girls blessed to meet their own Mr. Darcy? Or did our beloved Miss Austen just wrote Pride and Prejudice to console us that "if in reality it won't happen, then, let's just at least make it possible in our heads"? Ha. I love Jane Austen, but... this is truly heartbreaking.

Other people would say, "Oh, I love Lizzy Bennet! I would model myself after her." This makes me giggle. Who would want to be Lizzy if they aren't assured they'll ever meet Mr. Darcy? Well, for me, the case is different, I say: Oh my, I am so like Elizabeth Bennet.

Elizabeth Bennet
-loves reading books
-loves horror and gory novels
-speaks her mind without thinking twice/straightforward
-full of prejudice
-had no boyfriend since birth (until flirtation with Wickham, I guess or until Darcy)
-pretty but not a perfect beauty (but her personality is what makes people love her)
-has fine eyes
-loves running and walking
-of the lower class
-quick-witted
-romantic
-her body shape is not in perfect symmetry
-not as ladylike as Jane and not as flirty as Lydia
-waiting for Mr. Right (I'd characterize Liz as this, with her ideals on marriage and love life. Well, this is among her downfalls though, at least for her mother. Apparently, she won't marry the one she doesn't love)

(via)

Me

-loves reading books
-loves horror and gory novels  (limited to dark reads)
-speaks mind without thinking twice
-full of prejudice!!!
-has no boyfriend since birth
-not-so-pretty (mehehehe)
-has expressive eyes (they say)
-runs anywhere (uncontrollable)
-average social class (or lower than average)
-quick-witted (foolish on most occassions)
-eeeerrromantic
-ha! uhm, chubby
-not ladylike, but wise enough to preserve self-control (#1 reason I bet on why I'm still single)
-waiting for Mr. Right (who is he? how is he like? for this matter, I'll call him the God-given man)

Errrr, I'm actually finding this little game of mine ridiculous. Why should I compare myself to Lizzy, in the first place? Huuuh, just can't stop myself. Of course, I'd want myself to be almost the same as my favorite heroine, but, I don't wanna go on imitating her or pretending to be like her, it just so happened I got some qualities of hers, and I know almost all the girls 'round the world have some of her qualities, too.

(via)

Apparently, I am looking for a Mr. D!!!

The guy (Mr. Darcy-the-likes):
-a guy who would ask me for a dance (because he likes me and not because he just wants to play or flirt around)
-someone who'd write me a letter instead of sending foolish text msgs
-that guy who'd wait for the right timing, long enough for him to understand that his feelings are genuine so I won't be hurt
-smart enough
-secretly observes me from a distance (ha! but not in a creepy manner)
-loving and sincere

(I wouldn't really vote for the physical appearances of a guy, or the material stuff he has [though this is something that should be well-considered, just saying it is negotiable hehe], I would love a guy who could love me with all he is, and a guy whom I could love back-- of course, the feelings must be mutual!)

So, I did it again! :( another dramatic/romantic post

Veiled thoughts

These are among my bleak days
When all I wanna do is gaze
Confused of the things around
Judgment is low and unsound

For another moment in my life
I stabbed myself again with a knife
Seems like I never learn
Failed fulfilling what I've sworn

What is my life to you?
Do you notice what I do?
Am I another shadow behind
That one which you'll never find

Questioning myself again and again
To find someone who loves me, when?
Someone who'll make me pink and blue,
Where the heavens are you?

Trapped in another wrong world
Where my heart feels cold
This time, I need speedy rescue
Can't you rush here, won't you?

This is another bad poem I made
Writing things repeatedly said
Trying to put drama into a word
Burying words in the cemetery of Unheard

And here the backseat girl wrote
Things you might have never thought
Don't mind my presence by you
Ha you won't really mind me, will you?

Oh yea, drama. I can't seem to get enough of it. This is just another record of the funny feelings I wanna blurt out. High schoolish in every sense, yes. Used words I use when writing poems for my high school crush. I wish I could express myself better right now, but these are all I got. I think words have defeated me, and who knows what else will make me feel gloomy?

8

I'll call this day "8".
It's the 2920th day after.

For this year, I've opted to be melancholic for 8.

So much has happened.

I only grieved for 8 more or less 365 days after.

And then, hours will pass...

Time doesn't make me forget.
The length and distance from the memory doesn't make me forget.
Every year, everyday, the memory becomes more and more engraved.
As time passes, it becomes more clear...

I wonder if after it surpassed "realness", would it turn into a blur?

I admire

I admire distance & space
The idea that two people still know each other even from a distance, even when there's space

I admire memory
How it works to remind us, how it sees what we forget, how it keeps gems and diamonds

I admire heights
The will of people to defy it, the will of people to break odds and make things small

I admire life
How it enables someone to write, how it provides sense to everything rotten & rusty, how it wills people to go on

I admire eyes
How it becomes a tunnel to perceive nature
I admire how it makes you understand that which is far and farther and beyond
I admire how everything becomes real when you open it.

I admire thoughts
How it gives everything that has come, that comes, that is to come meaning.
I admire how it colors that which is pale

I admire miracles
The reason why hope is never in vain, the reason why everything one does is assured to have a tomorrow

I admire growth
How everything never stays they same as they once were, how everything changes, how a little bird learns to fly up high

I admire steps
How one will never stay where they are, the very season why all else is just momentary, why there is a far and a near

I admire first times
The instances for discoveries, and new things

I admire love
How and why it is pink and blue

I admire God
The reason why all these things are here and true

Paper-and-Pen-Person

If I tell people these days that I was once an introvert (and somehow, I still am), they would barely believe me. But the truth is I was (or I am). Anyway, as an introvert, I have always found writing is the most beautiful escape.

I started crafting stories ever since I can remember. But I didn't craft stories to lie, I mean I wrote stuff out of my imagination. Yes, that awesome kid I once was. Oh, I think that the younger me was way craftier and way more imaginative. Actually, it was until I was in third year or fourth year high school? I was always in ecstasy for words in my head to be said. There has always been something to say. Words had always been present. I never ran out of them. I actually consider my hands to have its own brain, because once my pen started, it won't stop, and it just won't stop, it writes things I didn't think I was thinking.

BUT there is a but, there is a secret. The poems I wrote, the stories I started writing, my creations--they were for my eyes only. I was always the best of my writer side when I am within the walls of my own world. When I write, say for a contest, I "stutter" (if there's such a thing in writing). The worst I've written so far were my contest pieces. Haha. High school stuff though. When I read my past creations, I can't believe I made them, I mean I think I don't remember being so sentimental and so... romantic. Haha. I don't say I have award-winning closet pieces, I am just saying that they're the best of me, haha and they may be trash for others but my younger artsy is a treasure in my memory, no matter how other people may view them.

Anyway, the art walls I have been building sort of postponed its construction when I entered college, and when I've got so into the internet. Before, I didn't even care about the stuff in the world wide web. When our teachers would ask our hobbies and my classmates would say "surfin' the net", I know I got only one phrase practiced as response "reading and writing". But because these things around me eat my time and my attention, I slowly drifted away from my passion, I slowly drifted away from words.

I write, yes, but when I find time to.

But the writing workshop I attended woke my hibernated passion up. The workshop was like telling me "Hey, you have always loved words. Come on, write." Haha.

I loved the idea that we writers are writing to voice out our voice! To give people a window's view through our eyes, to show something and not just to tell! :)

These are among the things that I've learned from the workshop. The speaker (Rei Crizaldo) also said that if we were born writers, when we write, we are at a closest possible space we could be with God. And that goes for those who were born dancers when they dance, singers when they sing, speakers when they speak, etc etc. And I'd like to believe that I was born a writer (sige, iassume na lang), and that the fountain of words flowing through my hands are purely unstoppable!

As an action point for this, I'd like to truly take writing as a profession, that I'd find a non-negotiable time for it everyday. That I write what I want to say, and that I won't write just because I need to say something. I will write because the words are outflows of the exceeding emotions in my heart. Oh yeah. I am gonna take this seriously, you bet.

I just wanna quote these lovely words by Sylvia Plath:

(via)

Live your passion and be glad with life! :)

Connected

Digital.

A while ago, I attended a writing workshop hosted by Connected Generation (of FEBC Phils.) in partnership with the Philippine-CCC at the Student Center, Katipunan. Kuya Rei Crizaldo, author of the book Connected Ka Ba? was the speaker for the workshop. The workshop focused on "writing" and writing online materials that may be used in connecting people to Jesus in a not-so-preachy way--according to the trend, penetrating where most of the youth hang out these days: the internet.

A few weeks ago, I also became involved in the Digital Strategy ministry of CCC, for which we are looking for ways to evangelize and disciple students in campuses with no existing movements yet using digital stuff. I was challenged to be a part of it during the Student Congress 2013. Oh why, ain't I so excited about it? Praise God 'cause it's possible to lead people to Christ even through online communication.

Everything digital.

And, I decided that the workshop a while ago is a very helpful strategy for us who are involved in the digital strategy, and who are in love with writing and God at the same time.

Writing thoughts. Winning souls. Is it possible to put these two different actions into one to initiate something revolutionary? Well, as far as I know we're already starting it. And not just that, we are going to do it the digital way. Apparently, God is omnipresent, not just in our homes, churches, campuses, not just in the nations worldwide, not just in physical places where we could step on; God is present even in the virtual world. I mean I just said God is omnipresent (present EVERYWHERE AT THE SAME TIME). I praise God for His goodness that He is giving us the wisdom to make use of the shifting trends as ways to connect Him to people! :)

There had been an opportunity for us, too, to become bloggers and writers for FEBC's website: RightNow. While PCCC, on the other hand, is already starting to develop an online platform for discipleship and evangelism.

The digital way may also be a good response to the Great Commission, where we Christians are being commanded to "Go and make disciples of all nations...". Because nothing is impossible for Him.

To fellow Christians out there, those who are radical in sharing a love unfailing, and those who are passionate about Christ, and those who happen to be always "connected" online, here's an awesome chance to share the Source of it all, the Saviour, Redeemer, the Glorious King. You may not know it yet, but God may be crafting you to share His Word to all nations, and the digital strategies may be the ones fit in your hands. :) Come, join usssss!

The Unexpected

A Long Post

Last October 21-24, 2013, some of the movers and multipliers from CCC movements from different campuses in Luzon gathered for the Luzon Student Congress: Juan Dream. And the impact it made in my life was unexpected.

I was having second thoughts on whether I will attend the student congress since I find no motivation in going. I mean, I have had a tough finals week, and all I had in mind was to rest, to read novels, to watch films, etc etc. And honestly, the student congress will be cutting my plans for 4 long days. So here was how it went for me before the student congress:

Before Student Congress:
-reading novels
-watching films
-surfing the internet
-reading blogs
-planning crafts

And then days before the student congress, the delegates from the UP-DEPP (UP Clark) were already computing the expenses, the registration fees we don't have yet, and we were confirming the delegates' attendance. It was a little crazy since there were some who were suddenly backing out, and most of us haven't completed our registration fees yet. I think I was already driving our staff coach crazy that time hehe, but the Lord has plans! And He wants us to go, regardless of our problems, I know that the Lord has already crafted ways for us to go. And so we went.

The only time I became excited for the student congress was the night before the first day. I think I was excited I haven't even got a minute of sleep. And so, October 21 came, hehe. As excited as the delegates were, it was a little embarrassing for Kapampangan movers because those who came from Pampanga were the very last ones who arrived at the meeting place (Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ National Office). Huhu. I can't explain how embarrassed I was at that time because we delayed the trip for one and a half hour. Hehe, but praise God, they arrived safe and sound. And after everything that happened, we were able to arrive at the Camp Benjamin, Alfonso, Cavite. Yipeeee.

I was a little worried that I might not be able to concentrate because I didn't have sleep, but the Lord is good. Our first day was devoted to team-building activities which helped me a lot not to sleep hehe yehey! It was fun and I must say, it woke my veins up. Whooo! And so, I must say that I was starting to get fired up for the student congress.

The first night was a session from Open Doors Philippines. Graaaabeee, I have heard this very same session 2 years ago, but it made a fresh impact in my life, I mean what am I doing? I am in a free country, and I have all the means to share God's love to people, what am I doing slacking?

And there, yea. I slept early that night. Well, I was in danger of not being able to fall asleep again, and then, I made a new discovery: I can sleep better when listening to rock music with my headphones on. Hehe I haven't tried that before, and I just tried it during the congress.

Yea, and then, second day came, whooo, it was a little hectic for us, and certain questions and debates arouse, and for me, it was fun. I actually love things like that, makes us critical thinkers who don't just feed on whatever was being said. Actually, that's what I loved about the student congress, since it isn't just a training, we were free to speak, and mostly, we're encouraged to speak and to ask questions. The questions the students ask also help in evaluating different strategies CCC has come up with.

Third day was awesome, I think it was the day that our movement spirit was really awakened. Ever since that day, I felt this urge started forming in my heart, and God knows how I could ever put these things I am feeling into words.

Fourth day, last day, I know I am not the same.

The student congress was really awesome. Our Juan Dream is to be able to build movements everywhere. It is still focused on God's commandment to us, the Great Commission:

Matthew 28:18-20 (NASB)18 And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo,I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
What was the student congress all about? It's more on strategizing ways to evangelize and disciple people who will disciple people. I have embraced what Paul has written to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2, so in my heart, I dream to see movements everywhere, I dream to witness knees kneeling before Jesus, I dream to see the truth unfold in front of every pair of eyes. Yeeeeaaahh! And I know I am Juan with my cojourners.

This student congress I know I've been different compared to my first training when I was in 2nd yr, and my 2nd one when I was in 3rd yr college. This time, I am bolder and not shy anymore. Haha, To the extent na nakakahiya na yata. Well, I became more comfortable with my cojourners, and I know that God has really changed me, gifting me with boldness! Praise Him.

Well, going back to my narration, I know I am not the same because God has truly captivated my heart. Super! He wants me to follow Him, well, ever since, He's been telling me this, but this time, when I heard Him call me to follow Him, I know it's really different. God wants me to obey Him with all I am, allowing me to prosper in Him.

My heart is still heavy and burdened. I am excited to go back to my campus and shout how almighty God is. Hehe. I want this burden in my heart, that even if it is painful, I know it helps me. I want to keep this until classes start, and until Christ comes back. I want this fire to remain in me.

And after the student congress:
-instead of novels, I seek Him more
-I can't listen to music nor watch films (afraid that it will disrupt whatever I am experiencing)
-I chat with my disciples and cojourners as in. (I don't do this a lot. I don't chat a lot, unless it is important or it is an emergency counselling)

^ whoo. Of course, I didn't become totally different. I know that this is just a post-congress experience. I will be back to reading, and listening, and watching again. Probably, I am just allowing the fire to remain permanent in me. But, I know, that the Lord has really changed me, spiritually-wise. This was unexpected. I really did not expect anything to happen. I merely went with the flow, and God can truly work if He wants to. Wala eh, He really has plans my humanness can't interfere to. He wants me to be really His alone. And my prayer is for Him to truly captivate me. My prayer is maturity and spiritual growth, and I know God is already working in my life. :)

Yes, praise God forever. And now, I just can't wait. I can't wait to go back to Pampanga and do the labor He has assigned me, and I can't wait to finally see my Saviour and Master. :)

God bless you.
